An academic project exploring how informal learning spreads through social connections in an organization. By mapping over 180,000 internal email exchanges, the project identified learning “brokers” that are better positioned to diffuse learning.

A custom AI chatbot designed to support new store managers of a fictitious company. Trained on internal documents, onboarding flows, team information, and research-backed learning strategies, the interactive GPT answered questions in plain language, offered timely nudges, and made onboarding feel less overwhelming and more personal.
